초기 불량은 7일 이내에 한하여 반품・신품 교환・환불에 응합니다. 우송료는 당사 부담으로 대응하겠습니다.
단 주문 제작이나 주문 상품에는 반품의 정책 대응 하지 않습니다 구입된 상품은, 보증 수리 규정 2년간이 됩니다.
보증 기간내의 수리・점검의 우송료는 고객의 부담이 됩니다.

Within 30 days, we will accept returns, new exchanges, or refunds due to initial defects. In such cases, shipping costs will be borne by us.
(However, we do not accept returns for custom-made or made-to-order products.)
구매 한 제품은 2-year warranty repair provision.
Shipping costs for repairs and inspections within the warranty period will be borne by the customer.
