Shipping policy

For domestic shipments, items in stock will be shipped within 3 days.

Backordered items and made-to-order items may take a week or more.

For made-to-order products, we will decide on the delivery date or at a meeting.

Domestic shipments will be shipped within 3 days for in-stock items.
Items not in stock are usually shipped within 2 weeks.
Special order items will be within the pre-determined delivery time or upon discussion with the customer.
