Refund policy
Initial failures will be returned/exchanged/refunded within 7 days. We will bear the shipping cost.
However, we do not have a return policy for made-to-order or backordered products. Purchased products are guaranteed for 2 years.
Shipping costs for repairs and inspections within the warranty period are the responsibility of the customer.
Within 30 days, we will accept returns, new exchanges, or refunds due to initial defects. In such cases, shipping costs will be borne by us.
(However, we do not accept returns for custom-made or made-to-order products.)
Purchased products have a 2-year warranty repair provision.
