We manufacture custom Binary Hologram Apodizers designed specifically for your telescope’s optical configuration.

This optical accessory improves image contrast and diffraction control, reducing the visual impact of spider diffraction spikes and enhancing fine planetary and lunar detail.

Each apodizer is individually designed and manufactured according to your telescope specifications.

Custom sizes are available for telescope apertures from:

100 mm – 600 mm

Compatible Telescope Types

This apodizer is designed for telescopes that use secondary mirror spider vanes, including:

• Newtonian Reflectors
• Dobsonian Telescopes
• Astrograph Newtonians
• Classical Cassegrain Telescopes (with spider vanes)

Not Compatible With

This product is not compatible with telescopes that do not use spider vanes, such as:

• Schmidt-Cassegrain (SCT)
• Maksutov-Cassegrain (MCT)
• Other closed-tube systems without spider structures
